♥ We don't offer cancellations. Please double-check your order and know what you are ordering. Orders are processed promptly and we may not be able to get to your message until after your order ships. This also includes orders placed "as a mistake".
♥ Pictures are often zoomed in to show the detail and nature of the stone. Please do not try to guess sizing just by looking at the pictures and reach out if you have any questions. Colors may vary based on monitor calibration and/or the nature of the item.
♥ Currently, due to time constraints and and location changes, we are no longer able to send pictures of individual stones for you to choose from.
♥ Descriptions of stones can be requested but are not included by default.
♥ Current availability for special orders is very limited with a processing time of 7-10 business days.
♥ We offer custom engraving for certain items and a font chart is included in listing photos. If you don't tell us which font you would like, we will engrave with the font in listing photos. Engraved items are not refundable so if you want a different font, please make sure to provide it with your order. Some customers like blank charms. If you don't include engraving details, we'll reach out to you via Etsy to confirm, however, if we don't hear back, the charm will be sent as a blank with no engraving. Please double-check the engraving spelling.
♥ Please review the care instructions. Generally, we don't recommend sleeping, swimming, exercising, showering, etc with the jewelry. Using harsh chemicals (including hand sanitizer) may affect the metals. There is lots of information listed in the shop as well but this is some of it.
♥ Some items, such as rings, are not refundable and not exchangeable. It's the customer's responsibility to know the size when ordering.
♥ Reviews: if you are an influencer who's looking to purchase from us, please don't contact us to let us know that you plan on reviewing or unboxing our product on your public outlet. We treat our customers the same and don't include extra items to obtain positive reviews. It's unethical and feedback manipulation that we do not support. We treat our customers the same. It's also come to our attention that some of our reviews are left by competitors, those employed by competitors selling similar products and friends/family. The jewelry creations are made with carefully selected quality raw and polished crystals and semi-precious gemstones including Amethyst, Aquamarine, Labradorite, Rainbow Moonstone, Opal, Turquoise, Tourmaline and more, your jewelry is made to last. Most of the gemstone and crystal necklaces and earrings are made using genuine sterling silver, oxidized silver, 14k gold fill, 14K rose gold fill. Most gemstones are "one of a kind" in their appearance and so unique. The gemstone bracelets are available either as slide-on bracelets made with a strong elastic cord, a beading wire with a trigger closure and extender (those will be completed as customs) or a macrame style made with an adjustable closure. Customer satisfaction and International Orders
Customer satisfaction is my priority. Should there be an issue with your order or should you not be satisfied with the item you receive, please contact me before leaving a negative review. I will do my best to resolve the situation and I offer hassle-free returns.
Please read the listing carefully and reach out with any questions to avoid disappointment. The gemstones I use are natural and have common variations. Many of them are "one of a kind" in their appearance.
International buyers should be patient as packages often take weeks to arrive. Delivery of packages can take anywhere between 2-8 weeks. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any and all fees, taxes, duties and/or customs.
General Jewelry Care Instructions
Please handle your handmade jewelry with care as products are breakable. Exposing your gemstone jewelry to water and direct sunlight can damage the stones, minerals, crystals, metals, wooden beads, elastic or other components used. Please do not wear your jewelry while showering, swimming or sleeping.
Most of the necklaces are dainty and finished with a spring-ring for added security (like the rings keychains) instead of an open jump ring. They still can break during a forceful pull. Always inspect closures before wearing the necklace.
When not in use, store it in an air-tight bag to prevent tarnishing. Metals tarnish naturally with exposure. To clean, use a polishing cloth.
Keep away from children.

All jewelry arrives ready for gifting in a pouch and a branded box. Should you purchase more than one item, unless you contact me prior to the estimated shipping date, your items will ship in one jewelry box.
Please tell me if you would like to include a description of the crystals, stones, and minerals used. Descriptions are not included unless requested. Listings are still being revised to reflect this change.
How I photograph the items.
Products are photographed either under bright lights in a tent or in daylight. Pictures should NOT be used for scaling the size as items may appear larger or smaller in the photos and I often zoom in to capture the details. Please refer to the description for the size or contact me if not listed. Colors may vary due to monitor calibration, lighting, or due to the nature of the stone or crystal used. Stones and crystals mary appear brighter, lighter, darker, etc. Some backgrounds used in photography can change the appearance of crystals used especially when they are (semi-) transparent so please keep this in mind. You can always contact me to see your finished piece or with special requests.
Will my item look exactly the same?
The beauty of receiving a handmade product made with natural stones is the uniqueness. Many of the stones, crystals, and minerals used are available in different shades, colors and color depths. Fancy Jasper, for example, comes in a wide range of colors. Differences in markings and patterns are also to be expected as items are made by hand and I often use raw materials. Some stones may have inclusions.
Because of those variations, you may be receiving an item that is similar to what you see in the stock photos but it won't be exactly the same. You are encouraged to contact me to select a piece and ask questions. I'll be happy to send you pictures before your items ship. Just let me know if you have any preferences.

Because not all properties are listed and we are limited as to what information we can provide, I encourage you to research independently. Custom Engraved Items
Please read the listings carefully if you are interested in engraved personalization. Engraved items may have to be purchased separately. The listing will have this information. What exactly is 14k Gold-Fill? Is it different than gold-plated jewelry?
Gold-fill is a wonderful and a more economical alternative to solid gold and has a lifespan of approximately 30 years. In comparison, plated jewelry has an estimated lifespan of up to one year.
Gold-plated jewelry, as any other plated metal, has a tendency to lose and change color and expose the base metal as it loses the plating. Plated jewelry, contains a minuscule layer of solid gold (estimated 0.05% or less of body product), while gold-fill is legally required to contain 5% of gold. It is solid gold that was bonded to another metal (brass in most cases). Gold-fill is considered non-tarnish.
About bracelet sizes and wrist malas
Beaded bracelets: I'm currently converting all from bracelet sizes to wrist sizes so please read the listing carefully and contact me with any questions.
Although most bracelets pictured are made with 6 mm beads, 8 mm gemstone beads are available as well. When ordering a bracelet made with 8 mm beads, keep in mind that most of the accents are available in one size only and may appear smaller. Please message me with any questions and if you don't see what you are looking for.

- Adjustable size bracelets made with nylon cord adjustable style closure.
